Check Availability
You can immediately determine if we are available on your special date.  Just provide the following information and press the Check Availability button.

 Before you begin the booking process below please check your date above for availability. A form will appear asking for details on your event if the date is available. Please fill out the form and this will sign you up for our event planner which can be entered anytime in our Client Control Center.

After you have filled out the detail form, an email will automatically be sent to you with your own personal password for the event planner. This password,along with your date, will allow you to access your planner anytime 24/7 at our Client Control Center.

 

 In the interest of time and convenience, we do meetings via a teleconferencing call through the Skype Service. The Skype Service is free and an account is easily established.  Please contact us for our Skype number if you wish to arrange a meeting.

 Booking Process

1) Please read a copy of our "Entertainment Contract" which is listed on this site.

2) Call or email us as to your intention to book a date.

3) Fill out and submit the the information form which will pop up after you check your date for availability. After you you have submitted this information form you are automatically entered into our Gigbuilder system and you will be emailed a personal password for entry into your own personal Event Planner. This Event Planner will be available to you 24/7 to provide all of your wishes with regard to your event. To login to your Event Planner simply go to our Client Control Center and put in your date and personal password.

3) We will fill out the "Entertainment Contract" with the agreed upon information you provide and email, fax or  conventionally mail it to you for your signature.

4) You will sign the contract and email, fax or send by conventional mail  back to us.

5) You will also need to make a non-refundable deposit of $100 via Paypal (or the full fee if you desire) to firmly secure the date. The balance of our fee will be due no later than ten days prior to your event.  Paypal payments may be made through Paypal on our site or through your Event planner. If you desire to send a deposit check via conventional mail, please make check payable to: G W Ellerman Jr. and mail to G W Ellerman Jr,.1155 Glenna Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238. If you wish to return a contract by conventional mail please return to address indicated above.

6) Voila!! You've hired your DJ !!

You will find that access to your Event Planner through our Client Control Center to be very useful in the process of communicating your wishes and desires for your event or requesting any special  types of music ! This will be the primary way of communicating with your DJ from the time you book on Footloose to the day before your event ! Read about your Event Planner.
